Welcome to The Picky Toddler Solution!

Natalia & Adina

You have taken an important step toward mealtime harmony in your home.  You will learn the ins and outs of feeding your toddler so that you can be confident about what you’re doing and know that your child is being supported to be the best little eater he/she can be.

We (Natalia and Adina) are passionate about good child feeding, helping parents help their kids to reach their eating potential.  We are passionate about feeding children in a way that supports a healthy relationship with food and helps children do well with eating, trust themselves around food, feel comfortable around ‘strange’ food, and grow in their acceptance of more and more foods.  And we want to help you feel good about this process too.

We want to empower you.

Pretty soon you’ll look back and think “Wow, it really didn’t have to be so hard!”

A New Perspective

So what you’re going to soon learn is a whole new perspective on feeding your child(ren).  Right now feeding your child may feel like a war, but it won’t be that way for long.  Soon you will learn how to feed in a loving and considerate way without sacrificing your sanity, making special meals for toddler, spending hours in the kitchen or arming yourself for mini mealtime battles every day.

Your Commitment

This isn’t a college level course that will require hours and hours of daily study and memorization.  We won’t grade you on anything.  But you will have to make some commitment to do your part if you want to get great results. You will need to commit to giving these ideas a fair shot.  Read through a whole lesson and really think about the concepts before applying anything.    Then jump in with both feet and use what you learn.  Do the assignments and consider what you discover.  Participate in discussions because you’ll learn from each other as well as from us.  Ask questions anytime you need help or aren’t quite sure how to apply something in your unique situation.  Then be willing to think outside the box as we troubleshoot.

Tell us about how you feed now

Fill out our short survey before you begin class.  It will help you know where your “starting point” is. It will also help us to get to know you a little better and adapt the class materials to make sure they are meeting your needs. You can fill out the survey here: Getting to Know You Survey

See you in class!
